Refund Policy

Foundation “Dari s Rita” receives donations from individuals and organizations committed to helping people and causes in need. All contributions made through our website are voluntary and entirely for charitable purposes.

We do not offer physical or digital products, and therefore a return policy does not apply.

Donation Refunds

Refunds are only available in cases of technical error, such as:

• A donation was charged more than once
• An incorrect amount was processed due to a system error
• A one-time donation was mistakenly charged as a recurring payment

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction at darisrita1@gmail.com, providing:

• Your name
• Date and amount of the donation
• Email address used during the donation
• A brief description of the issue

If the error is confirmed after review, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment.

The Foundation is not obligated to refund donations when the transaction was successfully and intentionally completed by the donor.
